Homegrown native Eucalyptus bundle with hand dug Australian crystal

A native cleansing bundle, handcrafted using fresh plants from my property on the mid-north coast, featuring a hand dug Australian crystal, self-collected from NNSW
It is combined with rosemary for protection, silver dollar eucalyptus for purification, and lavender for calmness.

Eucalyptus is native to Australia and used by the Indigenous people of Australia during cleansing and welcoming ceremonies known as "smoke ceremonies" 

Eucalyptus is used dry or as an oil in herbal medicine for many conditions, similar to the tea tree (coming from the Melaleuca Aternifolia tree) 

The eucalyptus used in these bundles comes from the red gum eucalyptus tree. 

Native cleansing bundles are a better alternative to sage and palo santo.
The reasons being: 
- Sage is a near endangered plant because of the high western demand. 
- It is a traditionally native American plant used to cleanse, the tradition and the respect regarding these ceremonies has been lost due to the westernisation of the sage. 
- Sage is imported and travels very far to finally reach our homes, this has a negative impact on the environment. 
- Australia has its own rich, vibrant and ancient history with traditions and rituals that are to be respected and embraced. It is also important to note that the spirits in Australia are familiar with its native plants and are able to interact with them better than with forgein sage or palo santo.

Please note, each bundle is unique and slight colour changes occur when the bundle is dry. The photo shows a fresh bundle and is more green in appearance than a dried bundle. 

MADE TO ORDER as I really only harvest in small amounts to keep it sustainable for the plants.

After smudging it is important to bring back positive energy into the space, you can do this by intention setting in each room, placing fresh herbs or flowers into the room and meditating.
